14th NovembeR

Throughout this day-long event, we’ll explore the depths of our collective research and imagination, hear from inspiring voices, embark on embodied side-quests, and share in multiplayer workshop experiences: all in an effort to feel our way into A Future in Love.

This is more than a celebration of what we’ve learned—it’s an activation of what’s possible. Whether you’re joining a workshop, tuning in for a talk, or simply interested in exploring the research, LoveFest is your opportunity to help shape the world we’re building together.

In this moment, we believe it’s more important to open doors wide for gathering, imagining, and creating together.

Gathering to dream up better futures feels essential right now.

Hearing from people who are living love in action feels essential right now.

Being in community with those who believe in better futures feels essential right now.

Because the future belongs to those who think about it.

So, LoveFest is now free to attend, as a gesture of cultivating abundance that we hope will ripple forward.

A day of reimagining what's possible when we put love at the center of everything

Grab your comfiest clothes, find your favorite spot at home, and join us for a day of collective dreaming and (virtual) doing — no matter where you are in the world. Whether you're calling in from your living room floor or your perfectly-angled desk setup, we're excited to spend November 14th exploring, creating, and imagining together on Butter. (Fair warning: this isn't a "check your emails while you listen" kind of gathering. Come ready to play, share, and dream with us.)

Act One: Big Ideas & Better Systems

...

Let's start our day right. We'll introduce ourselves, share what brought us here, and set some intentions for our time together. Think less "spiritual retreat" and more "gathering of curious minds ready to reimagine everything."

...

With Yazmany Arboleda

What happens when we think bigger about what love can do? Yazmany, master of turning public spaces into playgrounds of possibility, kicks us off with stories and insights about the wild and wonderful things that emerge when we lead with heart. From turning prison buses into celebrations of resilience to creating "explosions of love" in communities around the world, his two decades of making the impossible possible show us just how transformative collective acts of care can be.

...

With Keely Adler

Take a guided tour through RADAR's three-month exploration of what happens when we reimagine love as more than just romance and relationships. We've mapped some fascinating territories, uncovered surprising connections, and found some stories that might just change how you see your own corner of the world. Warning: side effects may include questioning perfectly trimmed hedges.

...

Panel Discussion moderated by RADAR

Join strategic designer Jenny Grettve (The Mothering Economy), wellbeing economy expert Amanda Janoo, and additional visionary panelists [TBC] for a dynamic discussion about rebuilding our world's systems with love at their core. From city design to economic structures, we'll explore how radical care could transform our fundamental infrastructure. Big ideas welcome, practical solutions encouraged.

Includes 15 minutes for audience Q&A.

...

Led by Evva Semenowicz

Because you're more than just a floating head on Zoom. Join ritual designer Evva Semenowicz for a gentle exploration of what becomes possible when we bring our whole selves to imagining better futures.

Act Two: From Dreams to Action

...

Panel Discussion moderated by RADAR

Five brilliant minds, five rapid-fire explorations of love's transformative potential. From reimagining digital spaces and community care to exploring new forms of kinship and collaborative creativity, these quick talks will expand how you think about what's possible when love leads the way. Then, watch the magic happen as these diverse perspectives collide in a lively cross-pollination of ideas – less Q&A, more "what if we combined these wild possibilities?"

...

Whether you're craving breakfast, lunch, or a midnight snack (we see you, global dreamers!), take this time to nourish yourself however you need. For the curious souls among us, there's an optional side quest into the spaces between thoughts – where intuition whispers and possibilities multiply. For everyone else, this is your official permission to refuel, stretch, and rest your Zoom eyes.

...

Got an idea for making the world a bit more loving? We've got $10,000 in microgrants to help make it happen. We'll share some wild ideas from our research to get your creative juices flowing, then help you start sketching out your own vision.

...

How do we actually practice love as a force for change in our daily lives? Our powerhouse panel brings together unique perspectives on love's transformative potential: cultural anthropologist Kate Mariner in conversation with Flower City Noire Collective founders Tonya Noel Stevens and Kristen Walker, alongside bestselling author Christie Tate, connection designer Lakshmi Rengarajan, and community care advocate Tamela Gordon. Through their collective wisdom and real-world experiments, we'll explore practical ways to transform how we connect with ourselves and each other. Includes 15 minutes for audience Q&A.

...

A moment to dream in ink and possibility. Together we'll craft messages to the future we're summoning into being, letting our words become bridges between what is and what could be. Bring your wild heart and a willingness to wonder.

...

What if we approached every space as hopeful romantics? Join experience designer Olivia Vagelos to reimagine a slice of your world through the lens of love. Together, we'll explore how to weave more tenderness, play, and possibility into the places and moments that matter – whether that's transforming your team culture, reimagining a public space, or infusing family rituals with magic. Learn to be brilliantly, bravely extra in the name of human connection. Because sometimes the most revolutionary act is caring enough to make something beautiful.

...

What better way to end our journey than by coming together to let it all sink in? We'll take time to digest the day's discoveries, share what's sparked our imagination, and strengthen the threads of possibility we've spun together. Part reflection, part celebration, part collective dreaming – because the best futures are the ones we imagine together. Plus, we'll make sure you know how to stay connected with this community of thoughtful humans who showed up to reimagine love.

designed, curated and guided by radar

We're RADAR, a decentralised global collective of people thinking about and building better futures.

Together, we've rigorously explored, collectively imagined, and publicly launched four visions of better futures we believe in. We've run public idea jams and education events for hundreds of people around the world. We've build an ideas platform that was recently awarded a grant of over $150k. And we've published a Field Guide to the Future that invites any and everyone to see themselves as active participants in what lies ahead.

We've done all of this because, for too long, the future has seemed to belong to the few and the powerful. We  choose to believe there's a different truth — simple and radical — hidden in plain sight: The future belongs to those who think about it. Which is to say, the future isn’t reserved for the powerful or the privileged; it’s shaped by any and every one of us who dares to imagine it differently. It's the most accessible unit of change there is.

So think of LoveFest as yet another opportunity to imagine differently and join us as we explore and enact our latest future, A Future in Love, in this global, virtual gathering.
